1. Who we are

Wild Anvil Studios is the trading name of the team behind Wild Lands, based in the United Kingdom. Support: raise a ticket on this website.

2. What you are buying

Treats are a virtual in-game currency for the Wild Lands Discord game. They are a licence to use an in-game item, not money. Treats have no cash value, can't be withdrawn, sold or exchanged for money, and can only be used inside Wild Lands.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and include any taxes that apply. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Delivery

Treats are delivered digitally and automatically to the Discord account that started the purchase, normally within a minute of payment. Please make sure you are signed in to the correct Discord account before you buy.

5. Refunds

Because Treats are digital content delivered immediately, you agree that delivery begins as soon as you pay, and you accept that you will lose your statutory right to cancel once the Treats have been added to your account. Treats that have been added to your balance are non-refundable, except:

• where the Treats were not delivered, or were delivered to the wrong account because of an error on our side — we will fix this or refund you in full;
• where a charge was made in error or without your authorisation — contact us straight away;
• where the law gives you a right to a refund or repair.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Treats you have spent

Treats spent on prize pools, donations, items or cosmetics are used up and can't be refunded, apart from where a game is cancelled by its host and the game refunds them automatically.

7. Fair use

We may remove Treats, or suspend access, if an account is used to cheat, exploit bugs, or abuse refunds and chargebacks. If you dispute a payment with your bank without contacting us first, we may withhold or remove the related Treats.

8. Changes and service availability

We may change prices, packages or game features at any time; changes do not affect purchases you have already made. We aim to keep Wild Lands available but can't guarantee uninterrupted service.
